I enjoy doing cakes with surprising centers! I do work in small amounts with fondant, but you can do a lot with buttercream & a little out of the box thinking! Rainbow or ombre layers, or checkerboard! Most cupcakes flavors can be made into a delicious and tastefully decorated cake!
