This is a new dessert with a long name! It has a shortbread biscuit bottom, a layer of cinnamon coated apple slices, is topped with a delicious sugary cinnamon crumble & a generous drizzle of homemade salted caramel!
 
It is available in an 8x8 size & when cut has 9 good-sized pieces.
